Abhyanga

Abhyanga is a popular Ayurvedic massage. The Sanskrit word ‘abhyanga’ itself means “to massage”. This massage has become popular because of its effective way of conditioning the body. Abhyanga is designed for the whole body, feet and palm. The massage is performed in 7 different body postures using herbal oils as the media.
